Job Description:

You are:

  • Passionate about client success and see opportunities where others see challenges.

You will:

  • Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email and chat
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues
  • Find root cause to prevent repeat issues
  • Collect on accounts where appropriate
  • Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service/product use where appropriate

Your Background:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage change
  • Demonstrated ability to manage your workday with little guidance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing topics with clients with great attention to detail
  • Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action
  • Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computers and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise directions to customers
  • High School diploma or equivalent

The wage range for this position is $17 per hour.
